What is Cranberry?
Cranberry, is a small evergreen shrub dwarf vine of Vacinium macrocarpon family, the whole looks like a crane, the flowers are like a crane head and mouth, so cranberry is also called "crane berry". Its fruit is 2 to 5 cm long oval berries, from white to dark red, taste heavy sour slightly sweet taste.
Growing mainly in acidic peat soils in the cool regions of the Northern Hemisphere, but also widely cultivated in northeast China, cranberries are favored for their high water content, low calorie, high fiber, and mineral content.
